铯原子频率标准比对方法研究

摘    要:由中国计量科学研究院为主导实验室的全国铯原子频率标准比对于2012年完成,传递标准为一台铷原子频率标准,参比实验室9家,8家比对结果为满意。介绍了比对的基本情况、技术方案,研究了比对方法及不确定度的评定方法,提出了时间频率比对的特殊性,分析了比对结果。

Abstract:The national comparison of Cesium frequency standard was finished in  2012, the pilot laboratory is National Institute of Metrology(NIM), a Rubidium frequency standard is used as a transfer standard. 8 laboratories got satisfied result among the 9 participating laboratories. The basic situation, the technic program of the comparison were introduced, the comparison method and the evaluation of the uncertainty were studied, and the particularity of time and frequency comparison was proposed  and at last the comparison results was analysed.
