加筋土挡墙在露天矿排土场的应用研究

摘    要:通过对加筋土挡墙模型和露天矿排土场边坡工程实践进行分析,探索加筋土挡墙在露天矿排土场边坡应用的可能性。依据规范初步计算了加筋土挡墙的理论加筋方案,进而采用数值模拟和模型试验相结合的方法,对加筋方案进行优化。通过比较不同加筋布置方案对挡墙性能的影响,探讨了加筋土挡墙模型的工作特性。模型试验结果表明,本模型加筋布置宜遵循“上部稀、长,下部密、短”和“中间长,两边短”的原则。筋带拉伸和回填砂土密实度会影响筋带和填土的相互作用,对试验结果有极大地影响。依据模型试验结果,对比分析了不同加筋方案对露天矿排土场边坡的加固效果。结果表明,在充分加筋的条件下,水平加筋较垂直坡表加筋可更大程度的提高边坡稳定性,基于极限平衡方法,当所有筋带全部穿越潜在滑面后,潜在滑面的稳定系数将不再提高。通过研究,可为排土场边坡综合治理措施的制定提供依据。

Abstract:This paper explores the application possibility of reinforced earth retaining wall in open-pit dump slope based on analysis of the model experiment and open-pit dump slope engineering practice. Firstly, a theoretical scheme is calculated according to the codes, then, the numerical simulation and model test are combined to optimize the arrangement scheme. By comparing the influence of different schemes on the performance of retaining wall, the characteristics of retaining wall model are discussed. The model experiment results show that the reinforcement scheme should follow the principle that the layout of upper belts should be longer and sparser, and the lower ones shorter and denser, while middle belts should be longer than others. The stretching of belts and the compaction of sand can influence the interaction of reinforced belt and sand, and the test results as well. Through model experiment, a reasonable layout of reinforcement is finally given out. Based on model test results, we analyzed the reinforcing effects of different schemes for open-pit dump slope. The results show that under conditions of sufficient reinforcement, the slope stability can be improved to a greater extent by horizontal reinforcement than by vertical reinforcement. Based on the limit equilibrium method, when all the ribbons have passed through the potential sliding surface, the potential sliding surface stability coefficient will no longer increase. Through the study, it can provide guidance for the protection and control of dump slope.
