Abstract: | Abstract: Based on the current situation of internal bilingual teaching, focused on the problems that appeared in lots of universities, the main obstacles of teaching method and material in the process of bilingual teaching of civil engineering course are discussed. The teaching experience of the authors is summarized, such as: compile and hand out the synopsis to the students before the class to overcome their fear of unfamiliar words, create interactive class environment to arouse the students interest to have a discussion, encourage them to make independent design. These measures create an environment to make them realize the worth of both English and engineering drawing, they have been proved effective to arouse the students enthusiasm, and the bilingual teaching effect has been greatly improved. |
