摘    要:针对实际应用中流量频繁启停的特点,建立科氏质量流量传感器突变信号模型。用此模型对已有的数字信号处理算法进行评估,分析其在罐装测量中的误差;改进DTFT算法,以适用于突变信号的处理。在研制的基于DSP的科氏质量流量变送器上,实时实现了整套算法,并进行了启停法及静态质量法的水标定实验。实验结果表明,所研究的方法具有较快的动态响应速度和较高的测量精度。

Abstract:According to the characteristic of the frequent starting and stopping flow, a mutation-signal mode of Coriolis mass sensor is proposed to describe the change patterns of signal parameters with the sudden change of flow. The exiting DTFT algorithm with negative frequency contribution is evaluated using this model, and its errors are analyzed in the batch applications. On the basis of these studies, this algorithm is improved to apply to processing of the mutation signal. The algorithm is implemented in real time in a DSP-based digital Coriolis mass flow transmitter developed, and water flow calibrations consisting of starting-stopping flow method and steady-flow method are performed for the transmitter. The experimental results show that the method has both fast dynamic response and highed measurement accuracy.
