正交试验法在旋喷桩参数试验中的应用

摘    要:超前水平旋喷桩能有效加固软岩隧道的待开挖土体,减少溜塌,为安全开挖提供保障。合理的旋喷施工参数是保证工程质量的前提。本文针对提升速度、浆液喷射压力、水灰比等影响因素对旋喷桩成桩直径和桩体强度的影响,设计、实施了L9(34)正交试验。通过开挖测量、取样测强等方式进行试验数据统计,并采用EXCEL和SPSS统计软件对结果进行分析。分析结果表明:工程所处的粉细砂地层中,旋喷桩施工参数的最优组合为,提拔速度:9.0 cm/5 s,旋喷压力:40 MPa,水灰比:1.2∶1;喷射压力对桩径和状体强度均产生显著性影响;采用专业分析软件进行正交试验结果分析具有快速、准确的优点,值得在今后类似的工程中推广。

Abstract:The advanced horizontal rotation jet grouting piles are able to reinforce the soil for tunnel excavation so that the safe construction is ensured by reducing collapse in soft rock mass. It is the basic for assurance of construction quality to rationalize the parameters of rotation jet grouting pile. Aiming at the impact factors of lifting velocity, jetting pressure, water cement ratio etc. on the diameter and the strength of pile, the orthogonal experiment of L9(34)was designed and carried out. The programs of EXCEL and SPSS were used to analyze the test results by measurement following excavation and sampling examination. The results show that: the optimal construction parameters combination of jet grouting pile in silty sand strata is that promoted speed: 9.0cm/5s, jet pressure: 40 MPa, and water cement ratio: 1.2∶1; The injection pressure has significant influence on pile diameter and shape body strength; The professional analysis software for orthogonal test with advantages of rapid and accurate results which worth spreading in the future similar project.
