热镀锌机组锌锅有效铝含量精确控制技术

摘    要:锌锅铝含量控制直接影响到锌锅内锌渣的产生量和抑制层的生成,并进而影响到产品的表面质量。对影响热镀锌机组锌锅铝含量控制的锌锅铁含量控制、有效铝计算方法、加入锌锭种类以及加入锌锭的方法等因素进行了系统分析,修正了有效铝计算方法,并根据不同锌层厚度计算得出0.325%,0.400%和0.500%铝含量的锌锭加入组合,并通过锌锅液位反馈实现精确加入锌锭的方法,实现了锌锅有效铝在目标值±0.01%范围内精确控制的目标。

Abstract:The aluminum content control in the zinc pot will affect the formation of zinc dross and inhibiting layer of the product directly. It will further affect the product' s surface quality. The related factors of free aluminum in the zinc pot of the hot dip galvanizing line, such as iron content control, free aluminum calculation method, type and way of feeding ingots, were analyzed. The free aluminum calculation formula was corrected and an appropriate zinc ingot addition combination with 0. 325% , 0. 400% and 0. 500% aluminum was worked out based on different zinc layer thickness. Feeding ingots precisely according to the feedback of the liquid level in a zinc pot helps achieve the goal of controlling the pot free aluminum in a narrow range of ±0.01%.
