摘    要:在分析采用实时数据的可能性与必要性的基础上,提出了一种利用实时数据进行110kV电网理论电能损耗率计算的思路,即根据电网线损理论计算软件的计算原理,设计开发"理论线损在线计算分析软件系统",通过与SCADA等其他电力自动化系统接口,进行数据获取、转化和计算分析,以达到实时了解和控制系统真实运行情况的目的。本系统为电网网架结构优化、经济运行调度、高损设备维修改造提供了可靠的数据支持。

Abstract:Based on analysis of analyzing the possibility and necessity to use real-time data, this paper proposes a new idea to compute energy loss rate using real-time data of 110 kV electric network in theory, further designs and develops a software system for theoretical line loss online calculation and analysis based on power grid line loss theory. The software system can real-time obtain the situations of system operation and control its operation by acquiring, transiting and analyzing data from the interfaces of power automation system, for example SCADA. Tile practice results show that the application of the software system provides a reliable data support for power grid structure optimization, economical power dispatching and maintenance and reconstruction of vulnerable equipments.
