| 摘 要： | 电网生产管理系统覆盖了福建省电网的输、变、配等电力生产业务。随着GPMS的不断完善和深入应用,对系统运维工作提出了更高的要求。文章分析了GPMS运维工作的现状和不足,并有针对性地提出了改进措施,对改进前后的运维效果进行了对比。通过对比发现,建成运维体系后,其规范性、工作及时性、用户满意度等都有了较大程度的提高。

| Abstract: | The Grid Production Management System （GPMS） covers many power production businesses in Fujian Province, like transmission, transformation, and distribution. The continuing improvement and application of GPMS set higher criteria for system operation and maintenance. Based on the analysis of the current status and deficiencies of the GPMS operation and maintenance, this article presents improvement measures, and compares the operation and maintenance effects before and after the improvement. The comparison shows that the work standardization, timeliness and user satisfaction rate are largely improved after the establishment of the new operation and maintenance mode. |
