| 摘 要： | 统计数据是由下级向上级逐层上报，上级部门常常需要对下级部门的数据进行汇总取整。由于统计报袁的横向和纵向是有关系的，取整常常会打破报表的平衡关系。提出了统计报表数据取整的计算机算法。
