摘    要:作为电力企业信息化建设的重要技术手段之一,地理信息系统(GIS)在电力企业生产管理中发挥着越来越重要的作用。文章首先介绍了浙江电力GIS的业务架构,并阐述了分阶段、分步骤的GIS业务规划;其次对GIS建设的关键技术点,如GIS基础平台选择、一体化电网模型设计、GIS物理架构设计、GIS与PMS应用集成技术架构设计等,展开了分析研究;最后,总结了浙江电力GIS建设积累的实践经验。

Abstract:Geographic information system (GIS), as one of key technologies for power enterprises informationization construction, plays an increasingly important role in enterprises production management of Zhejiang electric power company. This paper describes the business framework of GIS, and states GIS business plan by stages. Further, key technologies for GIS construction, such as GIS infrastructure design, integrated power network modeling, GIS physical architecture design, and GIS and PMS application integration design are adequately studied. Finally, the experience for Zhejiang electric power GIS construction is summed up.
