| Abstract: | In response to the current domestic disasters and the grnwing trend of large gathering events, emergency communleatlon system construction is imperative. In terms of the emergency communication system construction, we described here our basie thoughts of constructing an emergency communication system with high-efficiency, high-quality and high-re- liability, using satellite system/3G communication system/ wireless solo-soldier system technologies. The solution of mobile emergency eommunication system based on the combination of satellite communication and 3G communication was analyzed in detail. |
