集团型企业ERP数据维护模式分析与研究

企业信息化必须树立以数据为中心的指导思想,坚持"实现数据标准化,完善数据最优化"的原则,建立规范数据维护的流程和制度,保证基础数据的准确性、完整性和及时性,最大程度上达到ERP项目实施效益。文章描述了ERP项目中核心主数据的维护策略和物料主数据的维护模式及维护方案,并对几种维护方案的优缺点进行了对比分析,从而选择出适合不同ERP项目的数据维护模式和物料主数据维护组织及流程方案。

Research on Data Maintenance Mode for ERP System of Group Enterprises

To maximize the benefit of ERP project, enterprise informatization should establish the data-centered idea as a basic guideline, adhere to the data standardization and optimization principle, set up standard processes and management systems for data maintenance and ensure accuracy, integrity, timeliness of basic data. This paper briefly describes maintenance strategies for the core master data of ERP Projects and depicts several maintenance modes and programs for the material master data in detail. Meanwhile, in order to pick out suitable data maintenance strategy for a certain ERP project and corresponding data maintenance program for the material master data, the advantage and disadvantage of the proposed three maintenance programs are compared and analyzed.
