| 摘 要： | 结合邯钢CSP生产线实际条件，从轧辊凸度、热凸度和磨损等方面对影响带钢板形的因素进行了分析。在现场设备条件允许的前提下，采取增大轧辊凸度调节范围、改变轧制顺序、应用新型设备和完善拄制程序等措施，改善了热轧带钢板形质量。

| Abstract: | Based on the practical conditions of CSP production line of Han Steel,the factors to affect profile of strip steel are analyzed in the fields of roll crown,thermal crown and abrasion.If site equipments and conditions allow,the profile quality of hot-rolled strip steel can be improved with help of measures： expanding the adjust range of roll crown,changing rolling order,applying new type of equipments and improving control program. |
