全负压煤气净化工艺节能、节水探讨

摘    要:阐述了张家口城市气源工程煤气净化项目节能、节水技术,包括采用AS全负压流程、脱酸蒸氨工艺、间接法鼓泡式饱和器内生产硫铵的工艺、脱苯塔采用高效新型填料、采用节能型传动设备、选用节水工艺流程、选用高效换热设备等。对下一步焦化厂的节能减排提出具体实施方案。

Abstract:It is stated the saving energy and water techniques in gas cleaning project in Zhangjiakou: adopting AS complete negative pressure flow,deacidification ammonia evaporating process,process to produce thiamine in indirect bubble-blowing saturator,new high-efficiency filler used in debenzolizing tower,adopting energy-saving driving equipment,selecting water-saving process,selecting high-efficiency heat exchanger and etc.One concrete plan to carry out in coke plant to save energy and reduce waste is proposed.
