电镀锌耐指纹板表面黑斑的分析与控制

摘    要:通过现场生产跟踪和实验室分析,确定电镀锌耐指纹板表面黑斑属于缺陷部位。通过工艺改进,提高了镀液的稳定性,减少了镀液残留量,带钢出镀槽后清洗较干净,电镀锌耐指纹板表面的黑斑缺陷得到了有效控制。

Abstract:With tracing to actual production and analysis in laboratory,the black spot on surface of electrolytic galvanized finger-print-resistant sheet is considered as defects.It is effectively controlled by means of the following process measures: improve the stability of planting liquid,reduce remained planting liquid,clean better the strip steel after out of planting tank.
