摘    要:为解决中高碳钢脆断问题,通过在高线集卷后PF链外增设保温通道,利用盘条余热使通道内形成较高的温度环境,加快盘条残余应力的释放,减少中高碳钢头尾脆断质量问题。该技术应用于ER70S-6等产品生产,缩小了盘条头尾与中间力学性能差,提高了产品通条性能稳定性,具有广阔的推广和应用价值。

Abstract:To solve the problem of brittle fracture in medium and high carbon steel,a heat preservation channel is newly built outside the PF chain behind coiling set of high-speed wire to form a relatively high temperature environment in channel by surplus energy of wire bar and speed up the release of residual stress in wire bar.The technique is applied to products such as ER70S-6,and can reduce the difference of mechanical properties between middle part and head and tail of wire bar.
