| 摘 要： | 电力产业是节能减排的重点行业,电力产业节能减排工作的好坏直接影响国民经济各行业节能减排工作的成效。通过中国与其他国家能源消费结构、发电结构、电力产业能效指标等项目的对比,从电力产业结构角度指出了中国节能减排存在的不足,对如何通过调整电力产业结构,挖掘节能减排潜力的途径进行了分析,并提出了下一个五年的工作展望。
