掘锚一体化液压调理器的研制与实验研究

摘    要:与气动锚杆钻机相比,液压锚杆钻机具有能耗低、钻孔速度快、输出功率大、噪声小、工作面水汽油雾小等优点。其缺点是单体式液压锚杆钻机需配笨重的泵站,同时液压系统发热严重,污染度失控,可靠性很低。部分煤矿使用已有掘进机液压系统为锚杆钻机直接供油,使钻机系统轻便化,取得了不错的效果。但由于液压系统压力不匹配,常造成锚杆钻机和掘进机的系统故障。
