| 摘 要： | 理论实体与实际实体的比较及实体型面三维误差的获得，是建立在理论实体和实际实体“最佳匹配”状态基础上的，提出以下不重合度为评判依据，采用一种新型参数迭代法实现理论与实际型面的最优重叠。
