既有建筑物地基土压密效应的研究

摘    要:在既有建筑物的增层改造中,首先要解决的问题是对地基土作出正确的评价。本文根据一工程实例,通过室内外大量试验数据的分析,并结合两组静载荷试验,探讨了地基土在长期荷载作用下,土的物理力学性质的变化规律。
