| 摘 要： | 文章分析了数控刀具几种常用材料的特点,介绍了切削液的几种类型,重点分析了根据不同的刀具材料如何选用合理的切削液,高速钢刀具低速中速切削时采用油基切削液或乳化液,高速切削时采用水基切削液,硬质合金刀具选用含抗磨添加剂的油基切削液,超硬刀具一般采用干切削。
