摘    要:贵金属前驱体与贵金属在载体上的分散性和稳定性有密切的关系,直接影响催化剂的催化活性和耐久性。作者筛选出一种不含氯的铂化合物,并作为铂的前驱体制成催化剂,经模拟配气评价,分析了此催化剂在热老化前后对NOx、HC和CO三种气体的催化转化效率和起活温度,并和以H2PtCl6为前驱体制成的催化剂进行了对照。结果表明,这种筛选出来的铂化合物完全可以取代H2PtCl6作为一种新型的铂前驱体。

Abstract:Noble metal precursors, which are connected with the PM dispersion and stability of catalyst, have directly effect on the catalytic activity and durability of catalyst. A chlorine-free platinum compound(X) was chosen and used as a platinum precursor to produce the catalysts before or after heat aging, the catalytic conversion efficiencies and the light-off temperature for NO_x, HC and CO were evaluated by simulating vehicle emission gases method, and the results were contrasted with those of the catalysts being produced by the H_2PtCl_6 precursor. It is claimed that the chosen platinum compound can substitute for H_2PtCl_6 as a new precursor.
