| 摘 要： | 提出了对圆柱螺旋弹簧进行强度可靠性计算的公式及其置信度的分析,并详细介绍定力矩扳手的圆柱弹簧的可靠性设计的应用。通过对弹簧可靠度的计算,可以优化该弹簧的参数,进而确保定力矩扳手的优化设计。

| Abstract: | This paper gives a calculation formula of the cylinder spiral spring by intensity reliability, and its analysis of the credence . It also introduces the application of the fixed reliability design of cylinder spring of moment of force spanner. By way of the calculation of reliable degree to the spring,the parameter of this spring can be optimized,and then ensure the optimum design of fixed moment of force spanner. |
