摘    要:讨论了RS和GIS技术及其集成的内在涵义、相互关系。以太湖流域的多源水环境监测信息为对象,将灰度图像数据与地面实测数据相结合,提出了基于RS、GIS集成技术的太湖流域动态监测分析方法。以RS、GIS和VisualBasic为工具,开发了太湖水环境监测信息管理系统,并简单地阐述了该系统的组成,通过对实际监测数据的处理和表达,说明了该系统在快速、高效、实时等方面具有明显优势。

Abstract:The technology and integration of RS(Remote Sensing) and GIS(Geographical Information System) are discussed for their inherent meaning and relationship to each other.Based on multi-source monitoring information in Taihu Lake,combining grey image data with practical monitoring data,the analysis methods based on RS and GIS integration technology are presented for dynamic monitoring water environment in Taihu Lake.Taking the Remote Sensing and Geographical Information System and Visual Basic as tools,water environment monitoring information is analyzed and a water environment monitoring information management system is developed.In the paper,components of the system are simply introduced.Based on the practical monitoring data of Taihu Lake,advantages of the Remote Sensing and Geographical Information System in quickness,economics and efficiency are well illuminated.
