| 摘 要： | 随着基于微机的非线性编辑线的大量使用，目前全国大多数中小电视台已放弃以前的盘带系统，使用数字化硬盘播出，只有安全的系统设计、完善的制度建设才能够很好地实现节目的安全播出。
