流量秤进料门铸造工艺设计

摘    要:对用焊接和铸造两种工艺生产流量秤进料门的生产工艺进行了比较,发现焊接工艺生产的进料门不仅存在变形超差,而且耐磨性差、成本高,而铸造工艺生产的进料门不易变形,耐磨性好,成本低.通过对几种铸造方法进行比较,选择了金属型铸造方法,并详细介绍了金属型铸造工艺.生产的进料门经验证,质量完全达到要求,并降低了生产成本.

Abstract:The gate of flux balance was prepared by welding and casting processes, respectively.Compared with the gate produced by welding method, the gate casting not only has better deformation resistance, wear resistance, and low cost. Through the comparison of several casting 'methods, the metal mold casting process was applied, and the details on metal mould casting process were presented. Practice has proved that the quality of the gates fully meets the requirement, and the production costs were reduced.
