摘    要:介绍硫酸生产中选用阿法拉伐板式换热器代替铸铁排管,并在使用前运用全面质量管理知识,采用关联图法,找出影响阿法拉伐板式换热器使用效果的11项末端因素,并使用01顺序法确认了5项主要因素,使板式换热器工艺设计参数合理,提前采取措施,防止可能存在的问题发生。改造后操作方便,易于检修,节省了投资费用,改善了操作环境,运行效果良好。

Abstract:This paper introduces the use of Alfa laval plate heat exchanger instead of cast iron line pipes in sulphuric acid production. Before using it,by means of quality control knowledge and related diagram, finds out 11 factors affecting the application of Alfa laval plate heat exchanger,and fixes 5 main factors using 01 order method,which make the design of plate heat exchanger reasonable. After modification, it runs well and it is convinient in operation, easy to repair and the investment is saved, the operation environment is improved.
