摘    要:分析天然彩色棉纤维结构,发现天然色彩存在于纤维次生胞壁内,发色基团与羰基有关。通过纤维素酶、果胶酶协同生态整理,可起到去茸毛、除杂和柔软作用。实验以失重率、硬挺度变化值为综合评定指标,通过正交设计优化工艺条件:温度50℃,pH值5.0,时间60min,浴比1:20,果胶酶用量2.5g/L,纤维素酶用量0.7%(owf)。

Softening finishing of natural color-cotton fabrics with cellulase and pectolase
Abstract:Analyzing the structure of natural color-cotton, we find that natural color exists in its cell wall, with coloring element related to carbonyl group. Its softness can be been improved by finishing with ellulase and pectolase . Weight loss and stiffness changes are used as general criteria of appraisal. Optimal processing conditions determined by orthogonal experiment are as follows: temperature,50?℃; pH value, 5.0; time,60?min; liquor ratio with 1:20, 2.5?g/L of pectinase and 0.7% (owf) of cellulase, respectively.
