数字温度传感器的带隙基准电压源设计

摘    要:为了实现温度传感器的数字化输出,设计出一种不随温度变化的带隙基准电压源电路。与传统带隙基准电压源相比较,该电路利用温度系数相反的物理量加权相加得到基准电压,同时在电路中利用斩波调制解调技术,消除运算放大器失调电压的影响。仿真结果表明,该电路的温度系数小于10ppm,电源调整率低,在频率为10KHz时,电源电压抑制比为-66.27d B左右,加入失调电压可以被斩波完全消除。

Abstract:In order to realize the digital temperature sensor output, design a kind of not changing with temperature of bandgap voltage reference source circuit. Compared with the conventional bandgap reference voltage source, the cir- cuit temperature coefficient weighted additive instead of physical quantities are used to get the reference voltage, at the same time using the chopper modulation and demodulation technology in the circuit, to eliminate the influence of the operational amplifier offset voltages. The simulation results show that the circuit of temperature coefficient is less than 10ppm, power adjustment rate is low, when the frequency of 10 KHz, supply voltage rejection ratio is about -66. 27dB, the join offset voltages can be chopped completely eliminat.
