| 摘 要： | 该文分析了重庆市公共建筑项目在执行《公共建筑节能(绿色建筑)设计标准》第7章"建筑环境设计与资源综合利用"技术内容后的增量成本变化情况。文章根据重庆市公共建筑实际情况分别设定了6个分析样本,并根据重庆市城乡建设委员会发布的《重庆市建设工程设计文件编制技术规定建筑节能与绿色建筑专篇(公共建筑部分)》设定分析样本的绿色建筑技术方案,全面分析了其绿色建筑技术措施的增量成本情况。

Analysis on Incremental Cost of Public Building Enforced with Green Building Standard in Chongqing |

| Abstract: | The changing situation of the incremental cost of the public buildings enforced with the technical content of＆quot;integrated utilization of building environment design and resources＆quot;in Chapter 7 of Design Standard for Energy-saving Public Buildings （Green Building） is analyzed. Six analysis samples are made in accordance with the reality of public buildings in Chongqing and the technical scheme of green building are analyzed with the document issued by Municipal and Rural Construction Committee of Chongqing. Also, the incremental cost situations of the technical measures for green buildings are fully analyzed. |
