摘 要: | 从变压器设计、制造工艺、运行方式等多个角度对一起典型的变压器失稳故障进行分析,通过变压器抗短路能力的理论计算和故障解体检查相结合,详细分析了变压器抗短路能力不足的原因.并找出了提高低压导线屈服强度、保持线圈高度和预紧力一致等提高变压器抗短路能力的综合措施。

Abstract: | This paper analyzed a typical transformer instability fault from transformer design, manufacturing process, operation mode and other aspects. Through theoretical calculating of anti short-circuit capacity and disintegration checking of the faulty transformer, this paper analyzed the cause of inadequate anti short-circuit capacity of transformers in detail. Moreover, comprehensive measures, in- eluding increasing the yield strength of low voltage winding conductor, keeping the consistency of coil height and pre-tightening force, were introduced to improve the anti short-circuit capacity of transformers. |
