化学机械浆浓废水零排放技术的研究

摘    要:研究通过对国内外高效新型设备选型的创新组合,采用车间加强废水循环利用程度,提高废水浓度,再蒸发浓缩的方式,把废液浓缩后送进碱炉中烧掉,从而实现了化学机械浆浓废水零排放的目标。该技术既解决了化学机械浆制浆废水的污染问题,又回收了大量的碱,并充分利用了制浆废水中有机物产生的热能。该技术具有良好的产业化前景,为我国制浆造纸工业的清洁生产和节能减排提供了新的思路。

Abstract:New efficiency equipments in treatment of paper mill sludge were tentatively combined in this research. Number of wastewater recycle was also increased to get higher concentration of wastewater, then the concentrated black liquor was burned up in alkali recovery furnace after concentrated by evaporation. The final goal is to achieve zero discharge of thick wastewater. The problem of chemi-mechanical wastewater pollution was efficiently resloved using the technology, a mass of alkali were retrieved, and the heat energy from organic matter of pulping wastewater was sufficiently utilized. It was considered the zero discharge technology is really a good idea of clean production and energy conservation and emission reduction in pulp and paper industry,which has a good prospect of industrialization.
