Thinking on creating learning-oriented organization in electric power enterprises

Under the background of an increasingly competitive market, this paper analyzed the common problems that existed in organization construction of electric power enterprise, and bring forward the importance of creating learning-oriented organization. Through the understanding of learning-oriented organization, this paper putted forward FIVE creating steps of deepening idea instillation, encouraging bold innovation, emphasizing the typical pilot, perfecting reflection system and comprehensively regulating operation, in order to add impetus for the development of enterprises, infused vitality for the human resources of enterprises and grasp the core competitiveness for the survival of enterprise.
