电力企业创建学习型组织的思考

摘    要:在市场竞争日益激烈的大背景下,通过对电力企业组织建设普遍存在的问题分析,提出创建学习型组织的重要性,并通过对学习型组织的认识,提出深化理念导入、鼓励大胆创新、注重典型试点、完善反思系统、全面规范运行五大创建步骤,为企业发展添动力,为企业人力资源注活力,为企业生存把握核心竞争力。

Thinking on creating learning-oriented organization in electric power enterprises

Abstract:Under the background of an increasingly competitive market, this paper analyzed the common problems that existed in organization construction of electric power enterprise, and bring forward the importance of creating learning-oriented organization. Through the understanding of learning-oriented organization, this paper putted forward FIVE creating steps of deepening idea instillation, encouraging bold innovation, emphasizing the typical pilot, perfecting reflection system and comprehensively regulating operation, in order to add impetus for the development of enterprises, infused vitality for the human resources of enterprises and grasp the core competitiveness for the survival of enterprise.
