| 摘 要： | 针对路灯杆基站的现状进行查勘调研和安全隐患分析，在确保路灯杆基站结构承载安全、满足网络发展需求的前提下．制定新建路灯杆基站的工程设计、基础施工标准及利旧路灯杆基站的利旧改造方案，力求在路灯杆项目的工程建设中实现标准化操作，提高工作效率并节约生产建设成本，促进移动通信事业的健康发展。

| Abstract: | According to the analyses of status survey and security risk of light pole base station （BS）, the engineering design of new light pole BS, the fundamental construction standard and the reform scheme of old light pole BS are presented on the premise of light pole BS security and network development. Standardized operation is implemented in the construction of light pole BS project to enhance efficiency, save construction cost and promote the development of mobile communications. |
