| 摘 要： | 为在数控车床上加工大螺距梯形螺纹,本文对梯形螺纹的加工工艺和FANUC0i系统宏指令的应用进行了研究,探索出一套利用宏指令在数控车床上加工合格梯形螺纹的方法,并结合实际生产验证了其可行性,拓展了宏指令的应用范围。

| Abstract: | In order to process big pitch trapezoidal thread in NC lathe,this paper studies the trapezoidal thread processing technology and FANUC 0i system macro instruction.And then explores a method to produce qualified trapezoidal thread by using the macros in the CNC lathe processing,and verifies its feasibility in the actual production to expand a macro range of applications. |
