河南省中小企业自主创新能力评价研究

摘    要:本文结合河南省中小企业自主创新发展现状,构建了包含自主创新投入能力、自主创新产出能力、创新政策环境、创新市场环境、社会网络与合作和创新意识六个方面的河南省中小企业自主创新能力评价指标体系。运用模糊评价法和层次分析法,对河南省15个主要城市的168家中小企业进行了自主创新能力实证研究。结果显示:虽然政策环境优越,创新动力充足,但由于投入产出能力不足和市场环境制约,河南省中小企业自主创新能力整体较差。

Abstract:This dissertation researched the present status of the independent innovation development of the small and medium-sized enterprise in Henan province.And it constructed the evaluation index system for the independent innovation ability from 6 areas of Henan province on the independent innovation ability of the small and medium-sized enterprise as follows:input and output capability of innovation,innovation of policy environment,market environment,social network and cooperation and sense of innovation.The dissertation did the empirical research to analyze the independent innovation capacity of 168 small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan from 15 main cities by the fuzzy evaluation and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The results showed that,although the policy environment is superior and the innovative power is sufficient,due to the deficiencies of input-output capacity and constraints of market environment,the independent innovation ability of small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan province is poor as a whole.
