浅析通货膨胀对企业筹资的影响及其对策

近年来通货膨胀频发,是严重困扰世界各国经济发展的主要难题之一,引发了众多国内外学者对通货膨胀的广泛关注及对通货膨胀从宏观层面到微观层面的深入研究。我国企业已经切实体会到通货膨胀对生产经营的影响。在通货膨胀时期,物价不断地上涨,给企业筹资带来巨大的挑战,也提出了很多的新问题。本文主要为减少通货膨胀对企业筹资的影响,促进企业的生产经营活动有序、高效地进行,提出一些可行性建议。

Analysis of Influence of Inflation on Corporate Financing and its Countermeasures

In recent years, inflation is one of the main problems that seriously troubled economic develop- ment of the countries in the world. It has attracted a number of foreign scholars to study in-depth on inflation from the macro level to the micro level. China＇s enterprises have truly appreciated the impact of inflation on the produc- tion and management. In times of inflation, the prices continue to rise, which brings enormous challenges to the corporate fund-raising, and also raises many new problems. In order to reduce the impact of inflation on the financ- ing of enterprises, and promote an order and efficient production and business activities of enterprises, this paper proposes some feasible suggestions.
