摘    要:在电子商务环境中,客户与企业交流的过程中产生了海量的客户行为数据记录,这是企业提高客户关系管理能力的巨大优势。但与此同时,企业也面临着如何有效挖掘和利用这些信息资源,优化客户关系,提升企业竞争力的巨大挑战。论文在分析客户关系管理在企业运营中的重要作用的基础上,讨论了常用的个性化推荐技术及其在电子商务客户关系管理中的应用。

Abstract:In e-business environment,mass custom behavior data are generated when customs exchanged with enterprise,which can be the vantage of enterprise for improving the ability of custom relationship management(CRM).In the meantime,it will also be a challenge for enterprise that how the data can be used to optimize the CRM and improve enterprise's competitiveness.This paper first analyzes the importance of CRM on enterprise operation,discusses the popular personal recommendation technologies and applies them into the CRM under e-business environment.
