摘    要:本文介绍了变速箱滑块式同步器的功用,讲述了变速箱滑块式单锥同步器在三档减二档时表现的不足,阐述了变速箱滑块式双锥同步器设计的主要依据以及变速箱滑块式同步器设计的注意事项。此外,对其单锥和双锥同步器的性能和寿命也进行了相关试验,对变速箱滑块式单锥同步器在性能试验台架上表现的不足进行具体分析,从台架和道路两方面对它们进行了相关的对比效果测试,对变速箱滑块式双锥同步器的使用也进行了介绍。

Abstract:This article introduces the function of transmission sliding synchronizer,tells the performance deficiencies of the transmission sliding-block type single cone synchronizer from 3rd to 2nd reduction gear, and ex- pounds the design main basis of transmission sliding-block type double cone synchronizer as well as the needing at- tention of transmission block type synchronizer design matters. The article also describes the related tests which have been done of double and single cone synchronizer performance and life expectancy, analyses the weakness of slid- ing-block type single cone synchronizer on performance test bench, and tests the related contrast effect examination both of bench test and road. The transmission sliding-block type double cone synchronizer is also introduced.
