Fe基非晶合金涂层的磨损与电化学腐蚀特征

摘    要:等离子喷涂Fe基非晶合金涂层的耐磨性能较好,其磨损是一个缓慢逐层磨削过程;经晶化处理后,涂层硬度升高但韧性下降,涂层耐磨性能变差,当涂层完全晶化并基本上由Fe-B硬质化合物相组成时,耐磨性最差,其磨损是一个涂层表面层在外加载荷作用下不断被压裂而脱落并被碾碎成微粒的过程。非晶合金涂层在0.5mol H2SO4溶液和在3.5% NaCl溶液中具有钝化作用,随涂层厚度的增加,钝化区加宽,维钝电流密度降低并保持在较低值,涂层的抗腐蚀性能提高。

Abstract:Plasma sprayed Fe-base amorphous alloy coating has good wear resistant, and the wear process has slowly grinding characteristics. Being crystallization treatment, the hardness of the coating is improved, but the toughness of the coating decreased, so the wear resistant become coarse. When the coating completely consists of Fe-B compound phase, the wear resistant property become worst, which wear characteristic is droplets cracked and pulverized continuously. The amorphous alloy coating has inactivation capability in 0.5mol H 2SO 4 solution and in 3.5%NaCl solution. With increasing thickness, the coating changes from activation state to inactivation ones more quickly, and the inactivation region width increases, the current density keeps at a low value, so the coating has better corrosion resistant.
