| 摘 要： | 介绍了Texaco水煤气制甲醇气化净化及甲醇合成装置生产中存在的问题及解决措施,从变换炉操作、变换系统铵盐结晶、净化系统总硫控制、溶液污染及甲醇合成结腊等几个方面对工艺进行了改进,从而保证了系统的高效低耗运行。

| Abstract: | The problems and their solutions in the purification and synthesis units of the methanol synthesis section based on Texaco gasification were introduced.The technology was improved in the following aspects: the operation of the converter,the crystallization and purification of ammonium salt,the control of total sulfur,solvent pollution,etc.Therefore,highly efficient and low-consumption operation was ensured. |
