摘    要:中小转炉钢厂为了增加钢产量,往转炉内过量加入生铁块.在生产中出现熔池温度低、废钢和石灰不易熔化、炉口溢渣、金属消耗增加、脱磷困难、终点命中率低等问题.中小型转炉内生铁块的加入量不应超过10%,使转炉吹炼过程中保持正常的熔池升温和成渣状况.

Abstract:Excessive pig iron is usually charged in converter in order to increase steel output at middle and small steel plants. But some problems are occurred, such as low bath temperature, difficulty in lime melting, slag overflow at vessel mouth, increase of metal consumption, difficulty in dephosphorization and low hitting rate at the final. In order to keep the normal bath temperature and slag forming condition, the charge of pig iron should not be exceeded 10% on middle and small converter.
