摘    要:研究了N-氯乙酰基-N-异丙基-4-氯苯胺的制备工艺.以对硝基氯苯、丙酮为原料,复合钯/碳催化剂,1.0MPa压力下一步制得N-异丙基-4-氯苯胺,采用正交法确定了烷基化反应的优化的工艺条件.在优化的条件下,对氯硝基苯转化率99%,N-异丙基-4-氯苯胺选择性可达98%.对硝基氯苯经N-烷基化,N-酰氯化二步总收率92%,产品N-氯乙酰基-N-异丙基-4-氯苯胺纯度大于98%

Abstract:An improved method of preparing 4-cloro-N-isopropyl-N-chloro-acetylaniline from N-isopropyl-4-chloroaniline was introduced which was prepared in one step with 4-chlorobenzene and acetone as raw material and mixture of Pd/C as catalyst at pressure of 1.0MPa.The optimum reaction conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments.Then N-chloroacetyl-N-isopropyl-4-Cloro-aniline was synthesized through two steps of reaction i.e.N-alkylation,N-acylchloridation,the yied was 92%,the purity was higher than 98% under optimum reaction conditions.
