摘    要:研究了电流密度,镀液温度、pH值和PTFE等对电沉积RE-Ni-W-P-SiC-PTFE复合镀层性能的影响。结果表明,镀态下镀层的硬度在420-550Hv之间,当镀液中PTFE浓度为25ml/L时,磨损量最小,但镀层的耐蚀性却最差;而当镀液中PTFE浓度为30ml/L时,则具有良好的综合性能。

Abstract:The effect of process conditions, such as current density, bath temperature, pH value, PTFE, etc, on the properties of electrodeposited RE Ni W P SiC PTFE composite coatings is studied. The results show that the hardness of the composite coating is between 420 and 550 Hv as deposited; the abrasion of the composite coatings is the least when PTFE concentration in the bath is 25 ml/L, but the corrosion resistance is the worst; and the comprehensive properties of the deposit are the best when PTFE concentration in the bath is 30 ml/L on the basis of plating conditions.
