| Abstract: | Risk is an important subject in decision making of construction diversion schemes.In consideration of the uncertainty of hydrology and hydraulics,this paper has defined the risk performance function of the diversion system.By employing the principle of equivalent normalization,the overall risk model of diversion system has been deduced. |
