气田地面集输管网运行优化及其应用研究

摘    要:国内某些老气田地面集输设备已运行多年,部分旧管道承压能力和集输站集输能力都有所下降,给集输管网运营带来了安全隐患。因此,有必要开展现有设备集输能力优化研究工作,充分利用现有集输设备的工作能力,确保集输管网系统安全、高效地运行,并指导集输设备的更换和改造。在分析集输管网实际运营状况的基础上,以集输管网内天然气最大流量为目标函数,综合考虑集输站工作能力、管道承压能力以及管输系统运行工况条件,建立了气田地面集输管网运行优化数学模型,并采用线性化算法求解了该优化模型。实例分析结果表明,建立的集输管网运行优化模型和采用的优化算法切实可行。此集输管网优化方案既可用于优化该集输管网的日常运营,又可用于指导集输管网的改造和未来规划。

Abstract:Some surface gathering facilities of domestic old gas fields have been in existence for many years. The pressure-bearing capacity of part of the aged pipelines and the gathering capacity of the gathering stations have been reduced, which may bring about security hazards for the operation of gathering and transportation pipeline networks. Thus, it is necessary to carry out researches on the gathering and transportation capacity optimization for the facilities in service and make full use of their work capacity to ensure secure and efficient operation of the pipeline networks and to direct the changeover and modification works. On the basis of analyzing the practical operation situation of the gathering pipeline networks, optimized mathematical model of gas field surface gathering pipeline network was established after comprehensively considered the work capacity of gathering station, pipeline pressure-bearing capacity and work condition of pipeline system. The linearized algorithm was adopted to solve the optimized model. The result showed that optimized model and optimistic algorithm are feasible. The optimized proposal for the gathering pipeline network could be adapted to daily operation of the gathering pipeline, and could also be used to direct retrofit and future planning of the gathering pipeline networks.
