草酸盐共沉淀法合成Mn掺杂的BaTiO3陶瓷微球

摘    要:用草酸盐共沉淀法制备了Mn掺杂的BaTiO3陶瓷微球,并探索了用此方法制备Mn掺杂的BaTiO3微球的最佳工艺条件。借助差热-热重、X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜等手段对样品进行了表征。实验结果表明:该方法可以制备出掺Mn钛酸钡陶瓷微球,并且在适宜的掺杂量,反应温度和煅烧温度等反应条件下,可以制得平均直径1.5μm的Mn掺杂的BaTiO3陶瓷微球。

Abstract:Mn-doped BaTiO3 ceramic micro-powders were prepared by oxalate co-precipitation method and also explored the proper conditions of producing this powder by this method.The micro-powders were characterized by TG,XRD and SEM.The results indicate that the Mn-doped BaTiO3 micro-powders could be prepared through oxalate co-precipitation method.Moreover,under proper condition of Mn contents,reaction temperature and the calcination temperature,particles of Mn-doped BaTiO3 with 1.5μm of diameter and diameter distribution could be obtained.
