| 摘 要： | 煤矿区地面塌陷、地裂缝导致耕地被毁、房屋开裂、人居生态环境安全受到极大威胁，塌陷区受灾群众因灾害经济损失得不到合理的赔偿或没有赔偿，造成受灾群众与矿山企业矛盾加剧，社会不稳定因素增多。针对此问题，本文提出了关于解决煤矿塌陷区社会矛盾、建立和谐社会的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The subside in coal mine demolished cropland, buildings and imperiled the safety on ecological environment of people live. It would lead to many serious social problems and unstable social factors because people did not obtain logical economic compensating. In the face of the problems, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for solving social problems and building harmonious society in the subside area of the coal mine. |
