| Abstract: | The technical properties of polycarbonate are analyzed. The technical factors effecting the quality of polycarbonate products are discussed, including the mould and equipment, the configuration design of product and insert, the drying of the materials, the injection temperature, the injection velocity, the injection pressure, the molding cycle, the mould temperature and the post-treatment of the product. The common problems and countermeasures in the injection molding of polycarbonate are summarized. |
