百兆瓦级储能参与电网双重辅助服务调度的联合优化模型

摘    要:电化学储能是高比例可再生能源电网提高灵活性与稳定性的有效资源之一.文中建立含电网侧百兆瓦级大规模电化学储能的多资源多辅助服务联合优化调度模型,在设计储能参与调峰与频率响应双重辅助服务调度原则的基础上,解决多时间尺度协同调度问题,进行频率响应中储能调控参数的影响分析与选择,提出联合调度的简化优化模型.利用迭代思想,将非线性优化问题转化为两阶段主子问题求解.算例结果表明,所提出的百兆瓦级储能参与电网双重辅助服务优化方法可充分利用储能资源,在提高频率安全水平的同时,增强可再生能源的消纳能力,提升系统运行的经济性.

Abstract:Electrochemical energy storage is one of the effective resources to improve the flexibility and stability of power grids with high proportion of renewable energy. A joint optimal dispatch model with multi-resource participating in multi-ancillary services containing hundred-megawatt-level of large-scale electrochemical energy storage in the power grid is established. On the basis of designing the dispatching principle of energy storage participating in dual ancillary services which are peak shaving and frequency response, the problem of multi-time scales cooperative dispatching is solved. By analyzing the influence of control parameters of energy storage on frequency response, the control parameters of energy storage are selected, and a simplified optimization model of joint dispatch is proposed. Using the iterative idea, the nonlinear optimization problem is transformed into a two-stage solution of the main-problem and the sub-problem. The case results show that the proposed optimization method of hundred-megawatt-level energy storage participating in dual ancillary services of power grids can make full use of energy storage resources. While improving the safety of frequency, this method enhances the capacity of renewable energy consumption and improves the economy of system operation.
